I started taking magnesium glycinate again because my period is about to start and I saw on Threads that the vitamin helped with cramps. A benefit from taking magnesium glycinate is that it helps with sleep and can cause you to dream more. Well, I have been dreaming.
Recently I woke up from a nightmare. I was with my mom and youngest sister, but there was someone else in the room with us. My mom was holding that other person. In the dream I saw that my mother was holding a new baby. For reference, I'm the oldest out of four. My brother and I are two years apart and my sister and I are three years apart. My baby sister and I are thirteen years apart.
When my mom had my sister, I was in the 8th grade and when I found her positive pregnancy test I was in the 7th grade, I was in denial. I convinced myself that the test for my cousin, whom my mom talks to almost daily even though it was in her bedside drawer.
I used to get dreams that would later come into fruition, but I rarely get those dreams anymore. I really hope this dream doesn't happen in real life because
1. I already have to wake up early to get my sister ready for school, pack her lunch and drop her off and its so tiring. I don't even think I wan't kids of my own.
2. All the rooms in our house are full
3. My parents are like 5,000 years old
4. I don't want to hear a crying baby, change diapers or have a toddler drawing all over the walls
5. We're broke and kids are expensive
Do you take magnesium glycinate ?
I was inspired by https://theluckiestgirlintheworldwrites.blogspot.com/?m=0 blog to create a dream journal.
